Ideas 4 google

I don’t know exactally what i will do but it might be a paint edited picture. I really don’t know (or care) all im doing is completing the work assigned to me.

possibly a red background, even (Jockingly) a zombie apocalypse design. But that would be too random so im not, since Australia is mainly around coastal city’s might do sydney harbour, with more techno looking structures. The work will be anoying but when iv’e finished i will post the picture.

I was looking at previous designs and the chinese design for 2009 was interesting, but it has to be in context with the theme. Im not a very good drawer but it i would have to give it a go.

Please comment cause i dont have a very solid (or good) idea.

Design 4 google

This is the worst posible design, produce, evaluate project ever. I hate the fact that it is a project.

I’am an okay drawer but this is the whole portfolio. I HATE PORTFOLIO’S.

The idea is for my future australia i have not the slightest clue how to do that.

I Never Wanted To Do This.

Design a new logo for google, (SAD FACE).

Adding widgets

The small task off adding a widget can change the page, different types of widgets use different codes.

E.G. The flag counter widget from Http://flagcounter.com for a blog is,

Next, go to the widgets page and drag the ‘text’ box to the side bar, dotted outline should appear. if the outline doesn’t appear then click on the box.

Open the text box and ‘paste’ the information and click ‘Automatically add paragraphs’, this allows the widget to update withe the new countries.

That is the basic’s the different widgets all have a code that you can choose to enter.

A warning ‘Avoid Modifieing Other Widgets!’

Leave it in Wonderland!

The three dimensional design application Alice is a freeware application with is undergoing the upgrade to version 3, the website is easy to navigate with the information of how to load run and use the application in plain sight. The application itself is simple to use and has figures ready to download from the internet. The media and images on site are base and crude this is because the site obviously has been left for some years without the update for better graphics. The site is average in the information given, BUT the application is a waste of time and any other freeware application would be better.

writing a review is never my strong point but for todays (unfortunate) blogging challenge, i must review the website Http://freshbrain.org.

Unfortunatly for them im not in a very good mood, falling out of bed on the wrong side isn’t part of it, so this may seem one sided if it is anoying to get information from.

The website is all about how to make stuff with technology. It is very outdated some of the links didn’t work. The various colours are really anoying bright and green (not my favourite colour).

The site is easy to navigate and has it’s feedback centre in the normall place.

The best thing you could do is visit, but i think its a waste of time there are enough youtube videos that tell you how to make a youtube video or make a game with an ancient game maker.

thats my view so if you don’t like i don’t really care.

Cars don’t need to be driven?

The search engine Google has currently been modifying cars to be able to drive themselves, fitted with video cameras, radar sensors and a laser range finder’s to “see” other traffic, as well as detailed maps to navigate the road ahead.

The cars have already been tested on the Californian roadways, including highways, bridges and busy city streets. They have even navigated San Francisco’s famed Lombard Street, a tourist favorite known as the nation’s most dramatically winding address. The “self-driving” cars have logged over 225,260 kilometers.

All of the test runs have had a driver in the driving seat just in case. “The driver can take over as easily as disengaging cruise control,” Google said, “test drives have also included a trained software operator in the passenger seat to monitor the software.”

The Project is still in the experimental stages, currently only automatic cars are going to be updated with the technology.

My personal concerns are that the cars may be transmitted with a virus that allows it to be stolen or an unqualified person would try to fix the car and disrupt the navigation systems. It would be dangerous to have a car that was built in a different country to be taken back because of the navigation stating you where on the wrong side of the road and changing lanes into oncoming traffic.

The vehicles would need to be highly sophisticated to be safer than the human driver, but the technology is a great advancement.
